Community Partnerships and Corporate Sponsorships

MTN knows we cannot create lasting change for Calgary’s underserved youth on our own.

That’s why we collaborate with forward-thinking companies who share our commitment to inclusion, health & wellness, and community engagement.

Corporate support for MTN can take many forms: financial contributions, in-kind donations, or employee engagement initiatives. Every partnership is designed to align with your company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), or wellness goals. By partnering with MTN, your company can:

  • Promote health and wellness: support programs that get youth outdoors, active, and connected to nature.

  • Champion inclusivity: help remove barriers for racialized and newcomer youth to participate in outdoor leadership programs.

  • Unique Learning Opportunities: hold unique learning sessions for your employees on how to engage diverse community members in the outdoors, learn from the stories our BIPOC youth have to share, and creative inclusive pathways together

  • Engage employees: volunteer opportunities, mentorship, or skill-sharing that strengthen team building and community connection.

  • Enhance brand impact: your support will be recognized across social media, digital campaigns, and at community events.

How We Work With Our Partners

At MTN, no two partnerships are the same. Our team works closely with your company to identify projects that:

  • Align with your CSR and employee engagement goals

  • Deliver meaningful community impact

  • Offer recognition opportunities that reflect your brand values

Whether your organization is interested in supporting a one-off campaign, like Giving Tuesday, or developing a long-term partnership to create ongoing opportunities in the outdoors, MTN can craft a custom partnership plan that meets your goals and maximizes impact.

If your company is interested in joining us on the trail to creating a more inclusive, healthy, and connected community, please reach out to: partnerships@mtnetwork.ca

PARTNERSHIP HIGHLIGHT:

Outdoor Council of Canada

Our partnership with the Outdoor Council of Canada (OCC) plays a key role in building youth leadership within MTN. Through the OCC Field Leader – Hiking certification, BIPOC, newcomer, and refugee youth gain nationally recognized training in outdoor safety, trip planning, and group leadership.

This collaboration allows us to equip young leaders with the skills, confidence, and credentials needed to guide others in the outdoors, creating more inclusive, representative, and knowledgeable leaders throughout Canada’s trails. Together, MTN and the OCC are fostering a new generation of youth who not only explore nature but also lead with care, cultural awareness, and environmental responsibility.
